Our Customer Service
Please allow for 5-7 days for shipping from date ordered. All of items that we manufacture are shipped via UPS/Fedex Ground or freight truck. All products that are shipped by UPS/Fedex are marked in the shopping cart and shipping charges are listed for each item.
Larger products and orders over $1000 are shipped via freight truck and cost of shipping will not display properly in the shopping cart. For these orders we need to quote each shipment individually for the customer’s zip code. E-mail or call us with your zip code and we will give you the freight charges and shipping information. For all regular orders information about Shipping will be emailed separately on the day of shipping. Return of any item(s) must be approved before hand with our service team. Each returned order is evaluated based on order type, packaging type and method of transit. Restocking fees are a subject of this evaluation. Contact us for more information or if you have any specific questions. All returns must have our prior approval.
