Wrestling / Martial Arts mat as manufactured by AK Athletic Equipment, Inc. has the durability required for a Martial Arts School and it is great for home use!!! This is not a reconditioned mat or a painted piece of foam.
Wrestling and Martial Arts Mat. Size 10'x 10'. Colors: blue, red, black and green. * Price does not include shipping. The padding is 1 3/8" thick cross linked polyethylene foam. This is exact same foam used by thousands of high school and college wrestling and gymnastic programs. We buy the foam in bulk and pass the savings along to you. The mat is covered in 18 ounce vinyl coated nylon. This is a very strong material which is almost impossible to wear out.
The circles are silk screened onto the vinyl with gloss vinyl ink (white or black) that will not wear out or wash off. The circles are 3 foot and 8' in diameter. If you do not want to use the circles the mat is reversible.
Martial arts schools may not want the circles if the are buying multiple mats to fill an entire room. We can make mats any size to fit your room dimensions. For these situations we sew Velcro on 4 sides on the bottom of the pad. The Velcro keeps the mat from shifting and prevents spacing between the mats. Both options can be specified when ordering the mats, cost will be the same.
