5'x10'x18" Training Pit

This is an above ground training pit. It is 5 feet wide, 10 feet long, and 18 inches tall. The mat provides a soft landing surface for practicing gymnastics or cheerleading moves. As opposed to an in ground training pit, this mat offers portability. The mats will be a great addition to any gymnastics or cheerleading school. It is professionally made in our factory. We also make custom sizes to fit any application that you have. The mat is constructed of 18 ounce vinyl coated nylon on the top and bottom of the mat. The side panels are made of mesh to allow air to escape. The cover has four handles for moving the mat. The reinforced vinyl cover is puncture resistant, fire-retardant and resists mold and mildew. The standard color choices are: Royal Blue, Red. Other colors are possible at no extra charge when available.

The foam core consists of three layers of high density polyurethane foam. The top 6" thick layer is super soft. The next 6" is a little firmer and the bottom 6" of foam is a medium firmness. When a gymnast practices a flip, they land on a super soft surface. The ascending firmness of keeps the athlete from "bottoming" out.

The foam provides excellent cushioning that helps build a students confidence.
