AK Athletic Equipment, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy:All of items that we manufacture are shipped via UPS or freight truck. All products that are shipped by UPS are marked in the shopping cart and UPS charges are listed for each item. Products that are too big for UPS are shipped by freight truck. We need to quote each shipment individually for the customer’s zip code. E-mail or call us with your zip code and we will give you the freight charges.Our mats are made to a customer’s specifications. Returns and refunds will be determined on a case by case situation. All returns must have our prior approval.
